I saw the Empire cover (been a subscriber for a while) but I just wasn't keen on Ronan's pose in that picture. But It would be cool to get Nebula in there too, camel-toe and all, hahaha

They should have done ronin, this looks awesome!! Something like the Nova Avengers with 3 full slips with all the characters on each side, that would be great! Imagine 3 double sided lenti's with a different character on each side

Yeah I don't like the poses, but I like the layout they used. Guardians lined up in front, villains lined up in back.

wjasoncul would focus on that. Nebula is a great character, and Karen Gillan went all out for that role. Props to her.

Except that's the US and UK amaray cover... so then people will complain about that. I think I'd take it over a solo cover though.

Yeah she definitely nailed the cold & heartless aspect of her character. Delivering her lines in a bland monotone didn't hurt either.

Well then maybe I'm on my own on this one but I thought her character was consistent. I often times feel characters should be reflective of their eyes and hers were a good match. They were dead. And have you heard Karen Gillan speak in interviews? I'm so glad Nebula was not bubbly and Scottish.

The only character I've been disappointed in thus far is Thanos.

Time for a rewatch to see if there's any merit to these criticisms.

I didn't mean my post to sound like I was criticizing her. I felt her monotone delivery was important for her character. My significant other found her to be rather horrible, but I thought she nailed the character.

Well I know I love the movie... and the characters... and the soundtrack... and the visuals... and the comedy... and the fun... yeah, I just love it. So watching again to see if I missed anything could be intriguing.
