Watched Sense and Sensibility tonight. Definitely the best picture quality out of the 3 I’ve watched so far.

I’ve watched Oliver, Stripes, Taxi Driver and The Social Network so far, and Taxi Driver has probably been the most impressive PQ out of those 4 for me so far. Sense and Sensibility and Anatomy of a Murder still to go.

Bright movie from the 90s fare better than the dark one from the 70s? Fancy that. I am sure Taxi Driver looks magnificent tho.

Why was my post removed??? It was a very famous line from A Fish Called Wanda that got Kevin Kline an Oscar. My goodness some people are just WAY too sensitive

Anatomy of a Murder, Oliver and The Social Network. I was going to watch Anatomy of a Murder tonight after work but then I looked at the run time and think it might be better off on an afternoon.

Oliver is the one I’m most interested in and I’ll probably watch that on Sunday. I’m on holiday next week but I’m going to the theatre tomorrow and then a trip to London on Tuesday for a few days with more theatre so Oliver will sit well between those theatre trips in a week of musicals.

I’ll probably get round to Anatomy of a Murder and The Social Network when I come back from London.

That's great news to me because its the only title I am interested in. Can't wait to get mine but pre ordered from US and its been delayed. Huh!

Ebay is your best bet. You will reach the most
customers, however you have to pay fees.

Early finish from work today as I’m on holiday next week and I decided to watch Anatomy of a Murder. Another example of a film that I would never have bought on it’s own but found it to be very engrossing, even with it’s 240 minute runtime.

Very nice picture quality, I think every black and white film I’ve seen in 4K has been top notch.

I’ve watched all the films I hadn’t seen before now.

Just The Social Network and Oliver left to watch now.

Looks like Anatomy of a Murder is only 2 hours and 40 minutes, not 240 minutes. I was shocked when I read 240 minutes and had to look it up

You’re right, it’s 160 minutes. 2 hours 40 minutes.

Got me all excited for Anatomy Of A Murder "Extended Edition". I'd so spend another hour and a half in that story, particularly with Duke's score backing it...

I’d looked at the run time last night as I was putting away Sense and Sensibility thinking whether or not I’d watch it tonight and saw it was 160 mins, was thinking 2h 40 min, might be a bit long for an evenings viewing when I don’t know whether I’m going to enjoy it or not. And then that got stuck in my head this afternoon as 240 mins.

Will probably watch The Social Network tomorrow night. I’m going to the theatre to see a musical tomorrow afternoon, and so I’ll probably save Oliver until Sunday afternoon. It will fit right in because then I’ve got a week of musical theatre in London next week.
