Any of you want to make our first attempt next week? I'd figure we try 2 or 3 times before quitting and setting up a 2nd attempt at another date. The more we run it with the same group, the better our chances earning this trophy.

I need 2 more trophies, this being the most difficult one to get Platinum and I'm done!

Sounds good. Preferably starting at 9est, 8:30 at the earliest.

Bungie needs to fix the Radiant Shards and Energy system. What are we going to do with our useless Ascendants?

I would be down to have 3 Ascendants = 1 Radiant, for example.

Aside from two raids, a weekly heroic, a nightfall, and daily missions and bounties (why I bother with the latter two is a mystery), I figure that I mind as well work on another character or two in order to pass the time and get more out of the game.

I just started a new character...level 5 Warlock. I already have a 31 Warlock and 29 Hunter. I'll add you guys tomorrow.

the new radiant shards/energy are only used on raid gear/weapons. You will still need boat loads of ascendant energy for all other weapons. And if you are not lucky in the CE raid, you'll still need ascendant shards for all other legendary armor.
