I think you have to play the story first, or at least a portion of it before the Crucible opens up.

Ok thanks. Is the story multiplayer? I keep hearing about grinds etc.. I will be reading instructions soon just impatient!

I added you SDG! Anyway, it took me a bit of time before the Crucible opened up, and I have some bounties I'm trying to earn, but damn those guys can't work well as a team...ugh!

not at all. it'll also help you get better weapons to use in PVP that hold more ammo or have faster reload times.

you can play w/up to 2 other people when running the story missions. i'm working on a hunter right now and have solo'd everything except 1 mission last night.

if the mission is a couple of levels higher than your character, you're def. gonna want to have some help.

Make some friends on here (the game would not be enjoyable with out them for me) and we can help you out any time you need it.

Most everyone here has 3 characters. Their main character is most likely high level but some people's 3rd character are still low levels.

i have a level 12 hunter and a level 4 titan.....so i'm going to have to go through the whole game @ least 1 1/2 more times total.

This is why I hate crucible. Absolutely no teamwork, 3V3 starts and both guys run off in opposite directions and the next 5 minutes is you 3 running back and forth from spawn to death.

Also, you should be able to go from 0-20 in about 10 hours, just play through the story mode and hit about 5 crucible matches and there you go. If you have the new DLC you can buy your armor for level 31 and be just like the rest of us in no time.

it didn't take me long to figure out i had to stick to someone like glue if we were going to have any chance at winning b/c of that exact reason.

so anytime i'm playing control.....i watch where the most people run to and stay w/that pack.

Steedeel, it dosent matter if we are a higher level. A lvl 32 can jump in your lvl 2 SP game mission and help you out. (if they are on your friends list)
