There's always a possibility of that happening. I know spending $30+ on a show I don't even know if I'll like is crazy but so far every show I've blind bought I've loved. TV shows are so much easier to judge than movies.

I started watching the first season the week before season 2 came out so I'd know if I should buy it or not. I was determined to finish before this season starts and somehow I did

Had Katherine been invited into Damon and Stefan's house after Elena had signed the papers? If not how did she get in when she brought Klaus' blood to him? Or was it because Elena had died and came back to life?

I really did miss about half of season 1 the first time around and I have to say I understand a lot of stuff much better than I did before. Really hoping to get my hands on season 2 ASAP, have high expectations for season 3.

I missed the last few episodes of season 2 and just learned season 3 is about to start tomorrow! I bought season 2 on Blu last week; gotta do some catching up tonight and tomorrow!

[Show spoiler]Could anyone else who saw the episode tell me what Caroline was shot with in the back, I think it was vervain but I'm probably wrong. What a season premiere, Stefan is such a demon so far but I think he's not as far gone as he wants people to think.

I think it was since that was used most of the time. He's definitely trying to make others believe it, along with himself.

I thought it was awesome to see Stefan turn to the dark side for once. He's even more evil than Damon was lol. He made him watch Andie fall to her death...I thought he was going to catch her at that point but it turned out to be quite the surprise although I did expect it in a way.

I thought we would see more of Jeremy and the ghosts and why they're here but they didn't show us much.

Probably because he wasn't drinking human blood for a long time so it affects him a lot more. He started out as a ripper which Damon didn't like and never did himself as much as he liked to kill. Even though hes doing that, he still feels remorse. He's not completely gone.

We'll probably see more of Jeremy in the next episode

I do agree with those that think Bonnie may become a recurring guest star instead of a regular. Vampires, werewolves, ghosts, hybrids, humans, etc, bit much to have witches too.

It depends if they finish one story arc by episode 11 or not. If Klaus disappears halfway of the season then Bonnie might come back....it all depends. I want to see the whole ghost thing take focus first but what Klaus is up to also intrigues me.

It's too early to know where this season is going but definitely different with Stefan and Elena not together and we don't know for how long. And I wonder where Katherine is.

So how long before Damon and Elena get close? I bet when Stefan is close to returning, he sees those two hooking up and loses it even more.

Alaric and Damon hesitantly go along with Elena's search for Stefan, but her plan may end up putting Damon in danger. Jeremy asks for Matt's help to find out what his ghosts want from him, and Caroline needs Tyler's help.

I'm just getting into this and it is almost on par with True Blood, not enough sex of course being a network show. Good characters and thank god Elena is nothing like that moaning crying Bella.

Will be honest, the 3 main girls on this show are stunningly gorgeous, which is why I miss Bonnie. Hope Caroline is okay or I will be upset. To think when I first saw the preview shots for this show, I thought the show didn't have any hotties.
