Nothing until I start making more money, trying to pay off this car ASAP.

I've been planning dipole surrounds for months, still hasn't happened. That's about the only thing that comes to mind - Emotiva surrounds and an amp for them. I don't think I need anything else...

I deal with the 3D struggle every other week, though.

I hear that. 3D could be cool, but as it's so early, & most of that stuff is Not Cheap, waiting is never a Bad thing JJ.

Just working p/time now, collecting Unempl., trying to stay afloat myself. If/When I get a new Job (hopefully soon), I'm looking at either upgrading to a 58" or 65" Panasonic Plasma

Alright, so apparently a "guest" made off with my calibration mic that I keep in the ottoman, and I never realized it. I'm too OCD to lose/misplace things, so if something goes missing, it's been stolen.

Anyone know where I can find another MCACC calibration mic?

I just KNOW these damn things are expensive, too.

$40 for that! Well I guess it's a necessity for the setup of your speakers. I think I'm going to lock mine up especially if I have any friends over now that I think about it.

Hopefully you will search around your house one more time before you make the purchase. I'd start calling all those "guests" that dropped by during that day.

I have people over a lot, lol. I usually don't think the worst, but I ALWAYS know where my audio stuff is. Which is what's driving me nuts. I can't have lost it.

It's weird, on my way home from my work, I just had an urge to recalibrate. So I was upset. No big deal, I'm sure it can wait. Just really wanted to do it. Don't know where else to look for it!

In other news, there's an ADCOM GFA-5400 amp I can get for $140, in new condition. 125w/8ohms/2ch, 200/4/2. I think I'm gonna do it.

And yet in other news, after 2 years of doing freelance HT A/V design/installation by word of mouth/friends+family members as a side project, I'm finally moving to incorporate it and become a legit business. Big step. It'll still be a side enterprise, but who knows? Maybe I'll become lucrative. Hence my new av, that's my logo draft #1.

Might need a new trading card, Chris!
