Well, my youngest brother is ready to do the Raid for the first time, and I wanted to get a feel for whether you all would be looking for more inexperienced players to struggle through it with your first time. I've done the Raid myself a couple of times, but I'm certainly not an expert like many of the people here who have done it with multiple characters every week. The Gorgon Labyrinth would likely be the problem area for me to try to lead a party through.

It was fun running with you guys last night. I was able to get a piece of raid gear for my 2nd/3rd character from the bridge and Black Hammer/Universal Remote from Crota. The cool part about the Atheon run was to see it drop 2 Vex, especially since the 2nd one was mine.

After playing for a bit this morning I was able to get Eris to level 3 allowing me to upgrade the Murmur and Husk of the Pit. I also got another Husk while I was running the 1st DLC mission on Earth for bounties. The past couple of days have been pretty good.

The fully upgraded Murmur is pretty awesome.

Works very well against witch in nightfall this week with solar burn. If you time it right and hit her when she is shooting or screaming the flare works well.

I wish I could exchange ascendant shards for energies. I have gotten a bunch of weapons lately and I am about our. Is VOG the best way to luck into a bunch of them?

Pretty much sums up the video I watched earlier where they were using it on Sepik's Prime. They would shoot Sepik's with the rocket and he would sit there while taking damage from the Solar Flare

I got it as a drop early in the DLC, and have never really used it even though I fully upgraded it. Most bosses simply back away from the flare. It is good at killing mobs. If you have the coins, pick it up. They need to buff it with tracking. That would make it worthy of an exotic slot.

Its good for stationary mobs but anyone else runs away. Its ok I guess.
