They were in the Alpha too, they are lvl 20 and mostly impossible to kill by yourself since you're capped at lvl8. Although if you get enough people together with upgraded weapons with high enough attack then you can hit them for 1HP worth of damage, so takes about 10-15 mins for a bunch of you to kill one of them since you have to die -> spawn -> repeat constantly.

There's also another place in the shipyard that has a lvl 20, and a hidden cave underneath a helipad on the side of a cliff (it has a dead ghost in there too if you are lucky enough to get past the giant fallen.

You missed the loot also in there, in the ceiling This single "immune" enemy is easy to distract, even by your self. Get on your speeder, lure him out and dash in to the right. Revive the ghost and jump onto the ceiling and grab your loot.

In the shipyard, the middle ship has a stairwell leading downward to impending doom, can speeder past these 3-4 immune enemies, same with the grotto, too many to get past.

Just cash, I need a better upgradable primary weapon, eff'n hand cannons are useless in PvP, and I've found enough of them to plug that hole in the moon!

In the alpha I found lots of way more interesting weapons, sure some were above my level, but others were able to be used. Between hand cannons and #37 auto rifles, bah!

This is way more fun than I expected... I was shut out of the alpha because of a vacation, but the 5 hours I've put in to the beta have me super excited for the full game.

I guess it's too much to hope that progress will be carried over from the beta to the full launch (sorry if that's already been discussed).

After playing the game more and maxing my character out for the beta, I have to say the game is deceptively addictive. Like I've said before, it's not like the game breaks completely new ground on anything in particular. It's just that what it does, it does extremely well and even in beta form is a highly polished experience. Right now my main nit pick is that I still think the game is too thin on loot boxes and thus far it's more action-y and less explorative and rpg. I'm hoping there will be more to uncover. More hidden caves, more looting, etc. I like the action too but I was hoping for a more perfect balance like in Elder Scrolls. Right now the scales tip a little too heavily in favor of action over exploration/adventure/rpg for my taste.

I did all the story stuff and that, besides PVP is that all the beta has to offer?

Tell me about it, Alpha had way better drops both armor and weapon wise. I forgot the weapon I had in the Alpha but it was better than the one I've got now, it was single fire but the rate of fire was much faster than any I've found in the Beta.

I'm also not a big fan of the mp, at least so far. I find it unbalanced. Plus, I'm just not as quick to react as most other people and end up dead in a split second, when I have no reaction time to kill the person who's already left me for dead. I always felt strong and really good in Uncharted 2 multiplayer, but for some reason, I just don't have what it takes to be good in this one. Oh well. But I love the single player in this game. I really hope that the final version doesn't get capped at level 20. That seems extremely low. But anyways, so far I love this game.

i know right. i had well over 200 in defense.

Level cap at 20 hasn't been confirmed. Also the subclass is unlocked at 15 so you would have to play way past 20 just to unlock all the skills for subclass.

Yes that's it sadly. 5 story, 1 strike, patrol missions. But the Moon is on the map and has a locked level 6 story. Pretty sure we get that after maintenance. Bungie is calling this a Beta but in truth it's a glorified demo for us. I'm fine with this since game is out in 7 weeks.

i hope the ammo issue is fixed before the game comes out. when you switch weapons. the ammo count drops to 0.
