I'm hoping tonight doesn't totally suck. Fridays are always our busiest night of the week and with this being a holiday weekend that will mean we are even busier.

Big storms last night knocked out power just before midnight. 150,000 people without power means I probably won't get it back for at least a day or two. I wonder if a lot of the workers have the holiday weekend off and it will be even longer.

Power is back on just a little less than 24 hours after storms knocked it out. I'm definitely one of the fortunate ones as there are still 125,000 people without power and they're estimating it may be a week until everything is restored.

I'm still without power. Been out since yesterday afternoon, thankfully it wasn't too hot last night, so sleep wasn't a problem. Had to come to my folks this morning, hopefully power will return by this evening.

update: 5/30/17 12:16pm Power back on this afternoon. Thank goodness!

Thinking about how I have so many games in my backlog to play, but I'm not in the mood to play any of them right now, lol. I hate being in that kind of mood. Maybe it's time I get pickier with the games I play and buy. I think I'll go through and clear out some of the games I don't think I'll play.

Wondering how in the he!! I'm going to make it 10 hours at work without coffee since my 5 yr old coffeemaker apparently died this morning...Guess I've got 10 hours to decide if I want to buy another Keurig brewer or just get a cheap 4cup percolator from Walmart to hold me over until the weekend.

I'm trying to keep moving forward and doing the best I can, but it's hard. I'm trying to be a good person and that's even harder, but I think I have a good head on my shoulders at least and make the attempt as much as I can. I was in a very bad situation couple days ago where I almost irrevocably changed my life in a negative fashion, and managed to extricate myself from the situation, so I'm taking very tentative baby steps.

I know some people on the board think I'm this colossal jerk, but there's a difference between stating your opinion online and trying to stand up for yourself, and how you act in real life when you can understand if someone else is having a hard time too. I don't think I'm THAT bad though, the only time I've ever really, really gotten mad is when I told someone in PM that I couldn't answer him because I had gone through the worst day of my life, and he replied "I don't care about your worst day, I have trades to make!" The rest of the time I may say stuff that people get ticked off about but don't even really care lol.

I will say that if one were to peruse my posts it would paint a very pathetic picture that one could presumably use against me to try to hurt me, but no one has ever done that on here so that's good. I'm not so arrogant to think anybody cares that much, but at least it makes me have faith in humanity!

I can't stop thinking about what an amazing game this is!

I haven't finished this yet, but this is one of the BEST GAMES that I have played on my PS3.

Game has a few jump scares and makes me a little nervous.
