I love games based on history and I love ancient Egypt so I might pick up the new Assassin's Creed. Anthem looks beautiful and intriguing so I'll have to keep a eye on it.

I just put some flea medicine on my cat and she shredded my right arm in the process. I look like Freddy Kreuger got a hold of me. Itches like a sonofagun too.

Today marks 20 years since I graduated from high school.

Where did the time go?! Unlike some, I actually enjoyed high school and have nothing but good memories. Great friends, great teachers; it was a great four years of my life. And it's where I met my best friend, whom I still know almost 24 years later. (We met in '93 during freshman year.)

I only wish I could say I've come far and accomplished a lot since then but I sadly haven't. Not even close.

Well, lick your wounds and know that you did the right thing. I feel so bad for cats with fleas (and they can't give themselves the meds!). You and your cat will be happy to avoid fleas this summer!

Happy Anniversary Michael24! Glad you have happy memories. And it's never too late to accomplish whatever it is you want to do (especially when you're still in your 30s)!!

It'll be ten years for me, this year, in about 2 weeks. I, too enjoyed high school and haven't done a whole lot since. Some days I really kick myself for not following my former dream of going in the Air Force. I often wonder just how different my life would have turned out if I did.

You guys are fortunate to have been to high school.
Not going is a regret of mine for quite a while now.

What's on my mind is some life altering shit that I have to deal with.

I hear you. When I look back over the last 15-20 years, I can literally see the times where opportunity was knocking but I was either too afraid to take a chance or too stupid to even notice.

Over the last several years, four of my cousins and some of my friends have gotten married and/or had kids, and it feels like "Damn, I really misplayed my hand at this whole life thing."

I know we had a 10 year reunion. Haven't heard anything about a 20th yet. I would only go if I knew a lot of my old friends would be there, otherwise I'd just be standing around not doing much of anything. My best friend I still know and a couple others I keep in touch with via social media but there are plenty of others I haven't seen since graduation who would be great to see again.
