It was asked on Facebook as Canadians could not order when the bundle was live and was told it was because Primal Rage is almost sold out (despite them saying a week earlier that they will be more of the bundle when the store reopens). Also said that we should be lucky for Canadian shipping and it should not be an issue not saving a few dollars.

I would have gladly bought the bundle and had no problems paying the $13 shipping but now I will just spend the money at another label.
