Well, when she was first captured by the TVA she had dark hair.
I guess during all that running away in the apocalypses she had time to lighten her hair and put highlights? She hung out at that Volcano Hair Salon a lot? lol I thought that was visually inconsistent myself, not that it ruined anything for me. |

I never gave the hair color a second thought, maybe she just changed it as a sort of disguise to try and not be so recognizable to the TVA. Or maybe it's an age thing, because Sylvie tells Loki she's been running from the TVA since before he was even born. That and the show people probably thought it'd be more weird [Show spoiler] if they looked too similar.

Then shouldn't he have turned blue with red eyes when Odin died? But that wouldn't have played well on film and would have confused most viewers (especially the casual ones). One could argue that Loki kept the illusion after Odin died.
I always thought that when Thanos snapped Loki's neck, he should have reverted back to his frost giant appearance. This would have really shown that this death was not another fake-out. |

Lingering question #2: What happened with Sylvie's time bombs? At the end of ep. 2, Sylvie sends a bunch of those devices that the TVA uses to prune entire timelines, to various points on the Sacred Timeline. This seemed like an apocalyptic event at the time, but was quickly and completely forgotten. Even though her goal was to empty out TVA HQ, and even if all of those time bombs were quickly disarmed or something, that really should have been shown.

Nexus Beings are rare individual entities with the ability to affect probability and thus the future, thereby altering the flow of the Universal Time Stream. These beings, each referred to as a nexus, act as the keystones of the Multiverse and are crucial to its ultimate coherence and stability.[1] Nexus Beings are vigilantly watched over by cosmic forces such as the Time Variance Authority and the Time-Keepers to be aware of any temporal changes that the nexi may cause to the Time Stream and act accordingly. |
