Brakes went out on my car and they've been showing signs for a while. I finally bought the parts last week and they are in my trunk ready to be dropped off next Tuesday to a friend's to get fixed. I nearly struck two vehicles but was able to pull onto the median and took out a street sign, ran over a tree, and crashed into another. Very minimal front-end damage, but it had to be towed due to a severed brake line and the other issue. Can't afford to get it until tomorrow. And then have it towed again. No Cap to do so with, unfortunately. I do plan on setting up a nice Iron Man vs Thor scene from The Avengers eventually though... when I move to someolace that has room for me to put a Detolf display case.

I do wan a Cap for my collection though. Sadly, it's not in my budget at this time. And the 25% automatic price increase due to CDN -> US currency conversion doesn't help on top of delivery + duty + Fedex "release fee."

A $280 figure becomes nearly $450 by the time I actually get it these days.

Can someone explain how I embed images in posts? I tried earlier but only the links showed, not the images

Either click the image that looks like a yellow block with a mountain, or use the tags [IMG] [/IMG] by putting the url in between those tags.

Perhaps you are getting the basic text box. There should be a GO ADVANCED option down under the text box that will give you access to smilies and other features. Are you on a computer, phone, or tablet? Are you using TAPATALK? And what browser are you using?

Very odd, I'm on a desktop (but I use a table too), I clicked Go Advanced but I get the same view as I do when I click Reply. Just a box that I can enter text into. There are options to attach files, but not the editing tools you showed.

I'll check my own settings for the forum in case I've turned something off!

All sorted! In my profile settings I had "basic editor" activated, I've changed it to the advanced and I now see all the stuff you do

She's one of those figures that depending on which angle you're looking can have a big difference on the look.

C-3PO is on order for December and I have Ant Man and Boba Fett coming next year.

Two problems with Hot Toy figures; they are expensive! Secondly, they don't make many of each figure so if you don't get your order in, you'll probably miss out.

I'd love the sand trooper to go with 3PO and R2 but I'm probably too late.
