Prices are excellent at CHCanada.com but it really bugs me when they charge me for something in advance prior to it shipping, especially when it is on back order. Why can't they charge once the item is actually shipped like other retailers? I have asked on numerouse occassions and only get a reply stating that they will be making the change soon. A year later and still no change .. correct me if I am wrong.

For me, shipping times are about 6 business days, which I, personally, can live with. I think the bigger issue here is supply, and whether they can quickly replenish the stock on high-demand items -- an issue that needs to be dealt with.

The sites were updated yesterday. CineEtCie was updated very late in the day. Night at the Museum II was put on for $13.99; not sure what the second was...

Personally I think the people at CHcanada.com are doing a great job, and I would think that the delays are more due to Canada Post than anything. I suppose if it really bothers people so much you could always go to your local retailer and pay $30 for a movie that is priced at $13.99 on CHcanada? Paitience is a virtue my friends, and calling out the good people at CHcanada is just plain rude!!
