the played a song by the cure at work today. i got all excited....until it was just the one song. i was sitting there like, "wtf?! really?! just one song by them?!" just aggravated the crap out of me.

oh, and for some info...we can't listen to music at work on our computers (unless we're doing something called sales support, which is rare) so they play it over the system. but it's up the discretion of whichever manager gets there first as to what's played. there are a couple of them that play some decent music, but the others have shit taste in music...at least in my opinion. and most times, people are looking around like, "what the hell are we listening to?" when they're in charge.

the one manager i miss (he moved to a different department) used to play soundtracks all the time. nothing like doing your work to some john williams or hans zimmer.

This young woman that just walked in probably makes a lot of other women feel very insecure. And she was just rockin' jeans and a construction company tee shirt but damn. That's like Anna Faris sitting there when Kate Upton walks into a room. Only I would have taken this girl over Kate Upton lol

I was at the library and someone asked for help.
A Librarian came to the guy and asked what he needed.
The guy said he needed to print something.
the librarian said to click the print icon, and then press OAK!
not OKAY but OAK!
