I just started doing my own after seeing some of the great work and tutorials here. Not as complicated as i thought but the spine art does take some time . But well worth it in the end

How hard is It to remove and replace the spine

not hard to remove - 30-40 seconds of hair dryer on high - then remove with a piece of flat or laminated plastic sheet (slightly thinner than credit card) comes off without a problem.

taking the glue off with goo gone is a little tedious

reattaching spine takes a couple steps with adding artwork to the spine and then attaching it back to the plastic insert with clear double sided tape.

all in all - it is not hard but it takes a little patience and the end result is really worth it!

At Office Max you can get a color print on 24# 98 bright paper for .49 for letter or .69 (I think) for legal.
That's what I do for BD covers and Steelbook interior art.

If you use Chrome, do your Google search and then right click on an image you want to use and click "search Google for this image." You will then be able to see other sizes of that image.
