Last DVD Bought: Fight Club-2 Days ago

Last DVD watched:MELANCHOLIA about a week ago.

I still buy DVDs that go for $5-$7 brand new and are not Visual EFX heavy, just good overall films. Most of my Blu-Ray purchases are good movies with extraordinary visual EFX(especially good films in 3D) from Blade Runner, The Rocketeer, DUNE, all the way up to TRON: LEGACY 3D, AVATAR 3D,PROMETHEUS 3D, Avengers 3D, even TITANIC 3D...I'm just waiting to get a decent HD Surround Sound System to watch my 3D movies(Don't watch them yet so as not to spoil that first time 3D Picture and Sound experience), for that "Complete" Immersion factor.

Last night I just watched the first episode in the Season one colection of Zena Princess Warrior. You can tell these were first generation dvds as they suffer from bad pixilation issues. They sure could use a tad bit of remastering.

Picked up Tales from the Crypt season 2 for $9.99 from Sam's Club. Was a bit of an impulse purchase but I'll take it. Still wish I could have found these sets when they were $3 at Big Lots a few years ago. Think I still need 4-7 as well, but I really like the second season and should be a good watch with Halloween around the corner.
