For me it goes:

The Avengers
Amazing Spider-Man
Dark Knight Rises

But then each three movie had a different goals as well.

Yeah I am all for paying a couple buck more for extras but $95.99 is ridiculous for one movie! I am sure it will go down some in price though.

Honestly, I have to be fanatical about a Movie/Franchise to buy those super expensive sets.

The LE has "figurines". That's why it's so expensive. I'm not interested in them, but I am very curious as to what they look like.

For $95.99 Emma Stone better give me at least a hander. Definite day 1 purchase, but the figurines are out.

I had a great time with Spider-Man 2012, I won't go into a critique of the movie, as reading others dissections of what they've watched bores the ass off of me. Same goes for the damaged people who feel the need to mouth off over their cinematic hates. Hardly anyone cares what a stranger thinks, and that ?% who can't help themselves and defend their beloved movies are only handing the dysfunctional people the attention they crave.

I'll be buying this in 3D & 2D

Holy crap those are some of the highest starting point prices I've ever seen! Methinks this will be high on my Christmas list tho, if it is released around Christmas time.

Didn't expect the Spider-man vs. Avengers vs. TDKR in this thread. As a superhero fan this was exciting getting this many movies but it appears that this many hero movies is too stressful for some to take and it's all turned into a big competition. I suppose next year we'll get Superman, Iron Man, and Thor bashing.

In any event this will be a day 1 purchase for me. I didn't like it as much as it's predecessor but I did enjoy it and am looking forward to the next movie.

The basic edition is $35, so I'm sure it will go down. I'm think the 4-disc might be $29.99, the 3 disc $24.99, and the 4-disc w/ figurines at $35 or $40

Fixed.

Iron Man and Batman didnt dwell on their female counterparts and were successful movies.

I doubt it, but I hope not. To be fair, the first Avengers, last Nolan Batman, and reboot of Spider-Man are all very big deals. They aren't just typical sequels, so with them all coming out in the same summer, competition was obviously inevitable. Doesn't matter though, come holiday time, all three will be out on Blu, and all three will be huge sellers.
