Which is why we aren't seeing any presells being offered, not because people were just buying the cases.

Usually when BB has exclusives for movies. Ordering for store pick up option doesn't show up until the day of the release day.

No. Just stating that the reason BB is not offering Viva presell cases is because of a Cease & Desist lawsuit, not because customers were only buying cases(as if that could be quantified who bought what )
I hope BB/Disney work out a deal with Steelbook to continue the great Disney presell cases. They were all quite good.

No I think they stopped it the proper way, which is putting the discs inside the case. You're still going to have people buying multiple copies to sell on ebay but it eliminates the tools that just go there to get it free and buy the movie elsewhere.

I understand the logic, but we should not have to do that to ensure we get a good copy. These companies dealing with steelbooks need to take a note out of the book from amazon.uk and amazon.de.

I agree nobody should have to resort to such measures, but safe shipping is never a guarantee!

Maybe, maybe not, but that is the way things are at the moment. You always have the option of contacting Best Buy Corporate. Complaining about it here at BD.com does not improve Best Buy's method of packaging products prior to shipping.

I so jumped and preorder this when I got the email notice for 100 reward points. Lol shame this just downgraded it. Those points don't mean much. Hope this is an awesome blind buy and the steelbook looks better in person cuz those pics aren't flattering.
