Remember ctrl+f5 to reload the page and not to refresh. F5 just refreshes it while Ctrl+F5 is a hard reload.

First time this has ever happened...the site keeps timing out on me when I go to check out.

edit: finally got mine through but man was that rough. First time I ever had issues with the web pages timing out.
