I've been guilty of selling "rare" and "OOP" a few times. Technically they were, but anyone willing to do a minute's worth of research would know that another edition was being released in the not-too-distant future.

I've also been shocked when stuff I had listed would sell for way more than Amazon was selling it. Just because I happened to have the lowest price on Half.com, someone would jump on it without shopping around first.

Yeah I've sold rare & oop too-- but some of these ebay sellers list them as rare/oop before they even have them in their possession (and before release) ! I just find that hilarious, lol.

Damn I want a couple of these, but I'm supposed to be boycotting FoxConnect right now. I had to open up a claim with my bank because they haven't sent my refund for the Predator 3D head. Might just have to wait and see if another store picks them up.

Pretty sure every major retailer will carry them.

I do not see them listed anywhere else so I would not count on that. Nobody else appears to have them on their website so they maybe exclusive to foxconnect.

only one I have seen come in thus far. the blu ray inside the slip is the same edition that has been available before.

Good because this means they will be available to purchase at other retailers. I would rather buy them locally than order from foxconnect anyway. That is unless they have a 50% off flash sale again.

do you mean blu-ray disc is the same or the entire blu-ray with coverart is the same?

Just got an email confirmation yesterday that my edition of The Fly shipped yesterday so should have it hopefully by tomorrow. Look forward to checking out this one again. Jeff Goldblum is the man!

Already have the ones of these that I want, but for some reason have yet to buy Taken. That slipcover is a good excuse to finally do. But I agree with those who have been wishing these were Steelbooks, that would have possibly swayed me to re-purchase Alien and/or Fight Club.
