When they've got more crap they shove in a box and sell it to you bundled with the steelbook for £40.

(Of course now that I post this, Zavvi will unleash a dozens releases that I will want)

Haha. I wouldn't be shocked if they did that. It's been done before on their previous Disney titles. Maybe I'll just look elsewhere. Screw those Z boxes.

Had to update CC details as well, thought that meant it's ready to ship, but it's sat in processing still with a date of Dec 2022.

This SB does look great, think it's going to make my first one from HMV dull.

The first one and this are, for me, the only Marvel steels where faces instead of title looks good on the spine.

Just the movie though

Not half as excited as I was when I ordered this in April,
As I was under the impression then it would be an unedited version, but that isn't happening now. And get the feeling there will be an all mighty uncut edition in 6-10 months time

But I must admit, I am quite disappointed with the front cover - the iMax poster was awesome, why not use that?

It's been my experience, as I've had to update several orders the last couple months(begs the question, why can't I just update once and Zavvi apply the new CC info to all my other orders, but I digress) that after updating said order it will ship with 12-24 hours.
For Avengers I received the email yesterday morning, and received the "despatch" email this morning.
I agree about the spine! I really like seeing the team members pictured there. Takes me back to my comic collecting days where the faces would appear in the upper right corner of the cover.

Yeah, it does. I totally forgot about those, I still have a load of marvel comics in a box somewhere from my 80s/90s youth (and 70s/80s from jumble sales etc). I think it's perfect for these movies.

Didn't realise I'd have to update for each preorder. What a stupid system, think it's Terminator 5 and Ant-Man SBs left with Zavvi.

I ordered a standalone steelbook, which dispatched yesterday and the one that would come with the ZBOX, which hasn't been dispatched yet. I have sent Zavvi a message and this is what I got back.

"I am really sorry that this has not yet been dispatched. Avengers: Age of Ultron 3D (Includes 2D Version) - Zavvi Exclusive Limited Edition Steelbook [Blu-ray] is on special order for you with our supplier but at this time they are unable to give me a date for when they will have it back in stock. In the meantime our buyers are trying to obtain this for you from other suppliers."

You would think that the buyers of the ZBOX+Steelbook combo would have some kind of a priority over the standalone steelbooks. I guess not it this case.
