Just bought and watched Promising Young Woman. Have been anxiously awaiting for this to be available for purchase and didn’t want to wait another couple of months for a sale.

No regrets whatsoever. One of the best takes on the revenge film genre I’ve seen in quite some time with a great unexpected ending.

Highly recommend.

Also picked up Dead Center and The Woman in the Arrow $2.99 sale and Speed and Monster Party from the $4.99 sale. Lastly redeemed Monster Hunter. That however was not a good movie.

Just a quick vent. There was a woman who was walking around and taking pictures of all the codes on opened movies in a wholesale store earlier that had a bunch of blus. She was also the only person in the store without a face covering. I called her out on it and she was like, "...I may already have this." So I told her it was stealing. Then she puts the movies in her cart and a few minutes later dumps them all back. I bought most of them since they were really cheap. And big surprise? Every single one of them was redeemed today. What a low life.
