![]() Or look at Devil May Cry. Well, that one's a weird example, since most of the games have fixed cameras for maximum visibility. She has a small head, thick legs, huge hips and is too tall. Her proportions are wack. Small heads drive me nuts in FromSoftware's games. The Bloodborne characters have insect DNA. Last edited by Warm Gun; 03-10-2024 at 10:57 AM. |

I was able to grab the demo and play for all of 30 seconds before I had to get back to work. The demo was disabled by the time my shift ended. I thought for a brief second about disabling my PS5’s Wi-Fi in case something like this happened, but alas I didn’t.
It definitely felt more souls than Platinum. Pardon my vulgarity, but this is a very horny game, haha. I’m no stranger to risqué games and anime, but some stuff in the intro had me laughing out loud and glancing over my shoulder. Including the gore, it feels like a shock value anime from the early 90s that was localized during that era when that was the angle to sell. I’m honestly surprised this exists and that it has Sony’s publishing might behind it. As Onechanbara is to DMC, Stellar Blade thus far is to souls. I’m intrigued enough to pick the full game up on a sale a few months after launch. |

For those that played this before it got locked. Does it let you play the demos unlimited times ,or only once?

Sony is a conservative publisher for games and with their Consoles, so I don't expect this game would cross any lines they've set. I was surprised they were publishing this game though, as it started off as an indie game from what I saw.
That demo might resurface, but I think they will edit or something. Seems strange to post it and then revoke it, suggesting something wasn't right. The interesting thing is, when a demo is too generous with the gameplay, the incentive to buy the full game is lessened, as with Outlast: A New beginning, which offers 20 minutes of free roam on the large map with major abilities active, and then 2 other modes on top of that. It's like a free game right there. Quote:
Fallout 3 had the best camera option ever, allowing you to zoom far away or very close to the 3rd person character, along with a first person view too. |

Of the outfits revealed so far I’d say they are nothing more out there than what we see in a number of other games.
Now the “skin suit”…yeaahh…that’s a bit much. Especially the slow mo shot of her getting out of the pod. Cool shot visually but kind of over the top given what she is wearing (and yes, it is a suit, she isn’t naked). Yes. |

Reminds me of the live-action movie, Ghost in the Shell, based on the Anime film. She wore a tighter outfit suit, but it was still a suit.
As far as being an athlete ready for severe fighting combat, I can imagine that would help keep a character in better shape if she's not an android. That intro where the pods are getting blasted out of the sky was interesting. |

Tecmo, I think they made Rise of the Ronin releasing this month. A very crowded month for games, which is great to see in March! This game, April. I'll wait for a sale unless the demo is released and the gameplay is great. It looks interesting, but 69.99 is a lot to ask. |

Wasn't this removed? How are you guys playing it? See this story for example
https://www.gamesradar.com/playstati...n-make-for-pt/ According to the story you can't even launch it if you downloaded it. |

Some people were able to play it before Sony killed the digital license. I assume if someone disconnected their PS5 from the internet before the kill command, they are still able to play the demo. I tried to do this, but I was too late and my wifi auto connection on boot was enough to kill the demo in my case.

One thing is certain, PS4, PS5 digital games, they can be stored digitally on an external hard drive. But can that same data be saved on a blu ray disc burner? I haven't tried it, but it's something considering hard disc drives apparently don't last forever, whereas a disc can sometimes last much longer. I still have working disc games from PS1 era back in the mid 1990s, CD Roms, and DVD Roms as well as blu ray roms. A stored data game will never boot from the disc if copied to it, but that could then be reloaded onto an external hard drive and might be playable again as a digital game. I don't know for sure. PT demo for example (Silent Hills) I still have stored on my PS4, but I hear if I try to move it to an external Hard Drive, it'll ruin the data or something or not port over, I don't know. Haven't tried it. Digital games seem more complicated on a PS console than just a simple digital file game. 40 years from now, if someone tries to play my stored digital games on my PS4 and PS5, will they be able to if the external disc drive stops working? By then, those servers will be long since disconnected and Sony won't be offering the same games as accessible to redownload? Just look what happened to the PS3 store. Gone forever. |

Well it's not as bad as what they did with Spider-man 2. At least for this it's a free product so you can't complain much if they revoke your license randomly. But for Spider-man 2 you could have downloaded 2.0, known nothing about the debug mode or had an intention of doing anything but playing the game normally, then if you take it to a cabin or something with no internet you wouldn't be able to play even though you owned it. That I think is problematic and wonder if Sony will face any issues from it, although I haven't seen anyone complain they were in this situation. I guess internet i pretty ubiquitous nowadays so almost everyone can update even in a situation when thee thought they wouldn't have to.

But the game must be moved to storage as soon as possible rather than only keeping it on PS5 installed. That copy version will preserve the game digitally, for as long as the drive lasts anyway. I have Spider-Man 2 on disc, so I can just uninstall it and load up the disc version. Too bad it has issues on there, and plus it could mess with the save files, being inaccessible if updated. As you mentioned earlier, hopefully the demo re-releases during the week of the game's release date in April 2024. |
