The manga has ended last Sunday with the release of chapter 430. The anime is now at chapter 366 as of last Saturday. I can't tell if next season will be the last or there will be more.

Season 8 is probably going to be the last season for the anime, unless they stretch it out for some reason

It was a Best Buy exclusive so you’re going to have to hit up third part sellers. I’ve seen it range from $24-30 for pre-owned copies. Brand new are currently going for $80. Seeing as it’s a Crunchyroll product, they don’t do digital copies.

You’re probably thinking of the earlier films which included digital because that was a Funimation thing. When Crunchyroll took over, the digital copies stopped. World Heroes' Mission was the first My Hero Academia title that didn’t include digital.

Plus — even if it did, the digital copy would be useless now since the Funimation streaming service is gone.

Also why didn't they omit the DVD's The Walmart Exclusives for S1-S4 were all Blu Ray.

Toho also revealed details on the English dub cast for the film’s new characters: Christopher Sabat (Dragon Ball, Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt), the voice of All Might in the series, returns to My Hero Academia as the film’s antagonist, Dark Might. He’s joined by Mauricio Ortiz-Segura (Chillin’ in Another World with Level 2 Super Cheat Powers, Sugar Apple Fairy Tale) and Kayli Mills (Re:Zero -Starting Life in Another World-, The Seven Deadly Sins), who voice all-new characters Giulio Gandini and Anna Scervino, respectively.

we are 7 seasons in, and Season 8 in 2025, it doesn't make sense to recast the characters
