Nice write up. I pre-ordered this during the Deep Discount sale a few weeks ago but haven't received it yet.

Hopefully they'll release the Princess and the Warrior (another Tom Tykwer and Franka Potente team-up).

Nice thanks for the Review.. the DVD look particulary bad on my Projector. There's lot of white spec (dot) and it was really middle road for a DVD. I'am glad that Sony seemed to got a new master or retransfered the film! A Sure buy from me!

Sweet!!! This dvd really needed a highdef update. The dvd version had some crazy pixelation throughout.

Nice write up! I pre-ordered it too through deep discount. Im not gonna hold my breath on it. I also preordered We Own the Night which came out this week and still haven't received it. Just got the email that they finally shipped it today and I should expect it in 5-10 days. So it will be a while before RLR shows up!

I bought it at FYE a year ago or so in that double pack with La Femme Nikita.

Really good indie foreign movie. Enjoyed it a lot. Wouldn't mind revisiting it soon.

This thread is making me want to finally watch the movie. I bought the Blu-ray for $5 less than a year ago.

Edit: Still cheap on Amazon - only $6 now.

The really crazy thing is that I STILL haven't watched La Femme Nikita (the reason why I got the double pack, plus that the double pack was about the same price for a standalone copy of La Femme Nikita at the same location) from the double pack I got that has this movie in question....yet, i'm feeling more like watching Run Lola Run again rather than putting La Femme Nikita in for the first time.

Best of all, though...I watched Run Lola Run in a double feature with Blood Rage, which I happened to buy at the same time as I got the Lola/Nikita double feature.

Great movie.....just watched on Blu recently. I had seen it before, but I can't remember in what format...

Sadly I suspect not a lot of people will see it because, well, you know, subtitles...
