Hiding steels is a bit scumbaggy. Why should someone who made the trip to purchase this have to go on a scavenger hunt because you were too broke at the moment you could have purchased it?

Check regularly. I've been watching for about a week and was finally able to snag a copy this morning; less than an hour later it went out of stock again.

Mine was supposed to be delivered today. But it’s FedEx, so the last tracking scan was 10am yesterday in Kentucky. In my experience, 4 days late = on-time with FedEx.

Mine was supposed to be delivered yesterday but was delayed until today. But now I got another email this afternoon.

Nobody has tried to deliver anything today and I've been home all day and in the kitchen. I've seen no FedEx trucks drive up today.

I live in MD but not Sparrows Point and again, no FedEx trucks have been by today and I would of seen them at 1:13pm.

According to the tracking, it never reached the OUT FOR DELIVERY status in tracking. It stalled out the above in Sparrows Point. My address is listed after the OUT FOR DELIVERY status.

On Walmart's site, it says ... Delivery

I placed mine on 11/29 and had the same issue. I just contacted them and they told me due to some operation issue or something mine was stuck in processing and will not be delivered. I hope this isn’t a widespread thing because it sounds like it could be.

I think I know my local Walmart good enough, to know what type of shoppers browse the movie section. Most are buying DVDs. You might get the occasional steelbook collector like myself but, you also have to be weary of scalpers scooping up copies. Just check out eBay. The average price these scalpers are asking for the Wicked steelbook is $75. If you read my other post you would have seen that, I went back and purchased my hidden copy. My Walmart had two in stock when I purchased my copy. Leaving one copy left. Well, the other copy is still there today so, don't you worry yourself. No one was forced to go on a scavenger hunt, at my expense. Was that a scumbag thing to do in hiding it? I guess according to you it was. But, I really could care less what you think. I was damn sure gonna get my copy, and not worry about a scalper snagging both. I bought the copy for myself to watch and enjoy.

FedEx just updated my tracking to “delivery update.” This is a new one for me, and I can’t find any information from FedEx for what that status means. It could just be delayed, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they destroyed or lost it since that last scan from 10am on Saturday was when it departed a facility in KY. I’ll wait a few days to see what happens. I’m not too bummed if I end up getting a refund. But this is why I’ve been importing more steelbooks (usually from Fnac) and increasingly skipping the US releases. At least I avoid FedEx.

Originally mine was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Then it was updated to today. When I check the tracking through the Walmart app, the last update is that it was delivered from Kentucky to a Fed Ex facility in Memphis TN last night and no activity today. My Fed Ex app doesn’t show any package at all. Not sure where it’s at but I don’t think it’s in Texas yet. I’m not sure if it’s Walmart or Fed Ex, but something seems wrong with this release.
