Just checked and Best Buy still show my order when I ordered it at $19.99. Maybe because I use PayPal. But yes the price has gone back to $24. Maybe it'll go back down?

So just a heads up for anyone else with a BB pre-order - don't be surprised if they don't give you the 19.99 price later down the road.

I made the mistake of emailing 2 days ago requesting price adjustment on my order. I should have just canceled and reordered it, now this rep is jumping all around trying to find where I emailed, etc instead of simply adjusting the price for the 5 bucks. Somewhere between 15-20 minutes I ended up with the price match rep who said she couldn't adjust the order but would babysit it until after it shipped and then refund me the difference. Wow.

I don't even mess with price adjusting BB anymore. I had an older preorder of Aladdin lenticular from August when it was $24.99, saw that it was down to $19.99 on 9/21. I preordered it again with the cheaper price, made sure that went through, then cancelled the August preorder. Anything else is too much hassle.

Same here, it's waste of time trying to get them to correct something on the phone. Much easier to simply cancel and reorder unless there is a promo tied to the preorder (like a CN code) then I use the phone.

Well the majority of the time BB will take the price back down right before release or the day of. Hopefully that happens in time for in-store pickup

The sequels are coming out on October 13th. However, they will be a Disney Movie Club exclusive first but will be released eventually at a later time.

I have 4 movies that I ordered and one of them already shipped the Gumby complete 50s series with Gumby figure. And then I have 2 that come out on the 13th, Aladdin and Edward Scissorhands 25th anniversary remastered eduition. And finally I have sailor moon which releases on the 27th. So this month plus what I bought this month, let's just say I won't be buying a new release for a while.

So this may or may not have discussed but is Best Buy doing a Steel Book cover as a pre-order for this like they did for Toy Story 3 and Lion King? I see some Lenticular Packaging edition on their website but that is it.

They haven't done that in a few years and I wish they would bring it back but it doesn't appear to be a thing they wanna do

There is no Steel book release from Best Buy. The Lenticular cover is the exclusive from Best Buy.
