What if he finishes with 3000 yards rushing and 6-7 TD ?

That would be incredible!

Disappointed in my cats but I don't think anyone could stop Florida when they're that on.

I really do not like Diaco's 3-4 defense, it's struggled against more physical teams (WVU, Pitt, Uconn, UF) this season. Hopefully they can get good recruits still even though Kelly is gone.

Unless you're a Bearcats fan, I think most college football fans wanted to see Tebow go out like that. He's been a joy to watch over the last four years. (fortunately we only had to play him once!) He had a hell of a game, and that's the way you want one of the greatest college players ever to leave the game, go out with a big one. I'm not sure how successful he will be at the next level, but I do feel that if the right team drafts him they will find a role for him to contribute in that could be very beneficial to the team as well as to Tebow.

Depends how determined he is to succeed at it. I don't know how tough it is to change a qb's throwing motion and footwork, but he is by no means a day 1 starter, but he will be for my madden team along with whoever the skins have as number 1 and maybe McCoy or Bradford

The thing I don't like about Tebow and McCoy is that they don't have to throw downfield very often in the offenses they're in now. They're more systems built on short passes and YAC and it's worked, but they'll both need to develop a deep game or else good defensive coordinators can play great press man coverage to take away the short passing game.

This is also bad news for Tebows throwing motion, as he'll need to hold onto the ball for deeper routes, so unless he's on a team with a great offensive line, that motion will give him trouble.

I'm a Bearcat fan, but it was nice to see Tebow go out like that.

So much for the belief that Big Ten teams cannot win in bowl games.

They can just not against good SEC/ Big 12 teams.

Iowa might be the exception this year but since they lost the stanz we'll never know how good that team could and should have been.

Oregon wasn't as good as their ranking (boise state lol) neither was USC.

LSU couldn't play speed ball in that disaster of a field, and that game was probably the exact type of game Penn State needed.

If/when Tebow gets drafted by an team in the NFL, I doubt he'll remain a QB for long. He has a better chance for longevity at the running back position, or maybe even as a tight end.

Yeah, I just don't know how they could fix his motion he'd have to have the best oline in football to be able to crank the ball up in that motion and not get it knocked away or sacked.

Hopefully he succeeds at something in the NFL.

My sentiments exactly. Even after having him kick our asses(Tennessee) for the past four years, I still have a great deal of respect for not only his talent, but his character as well.

If nothing else, every time there is a third or fourth and one just let him pound it up the middle.

I really don't think Florida was playing their best football in the SEC title game, obviously Alabama had a little to do about that, but Florida didn't play against Alabama the way they played against Cincinnati. I do feel that still smarting from the way they lost to Alabama had something to do with how well Florida played against Cincinnati.

Now, now!

Florida lost to Alabama, plain and simple!

Alabama is in, Florida is out!

There is no disputing that fact Jellybeans, I'm simply saying Florida did not play against Alabama in the fashion they performed against Cincinnati last night. They had an off game at the worst possible time. The Crimson Tide played very well in the SEC championship game and won it quite easily. The Gators played poorly and got their behinds whipped in every aspect of the game. In the Sugar Bowl, Florida played great football and demolished Cincinnati. There is no denying the simple fact that Alabama deserves to be in the title game, and I think they will win the national title. But, Florida did not bring their A game to the SEC title match.

That to either Florida was really off or Bama is that good.

Sounds like a bunch of excuses to me. Plus, you forgot to mention another good Big Ten team: Wisconsin. If you watched the game at all, you'd know that the score did not reflect how dominant the Badgers were over the 'Canes, who, I might remind you, were predicted at the beginning of the season to be in contention for the National Title.

Florida should've played the way they played again Cincinnati against Alabama and we wouldn't be talking about it...

Acc's not on Big 12/SEC level yet but thank you for the complement. Cane's are just starting to get back to normal, so that really doesn't work.

And if you think that disaster field didn't stop the speed of LSU then well its just not worth arguing if you can't clearly see that.

And Oregon lost to Boise State, beat USC who beat OSU so really what does that say? That OSU has accomplished a major comeback in Football history.

Sad fact is Iowa was hands down the best team in that conference maybe with the exception of the Northwestern game (I don't know if thats when he got hurt), but if he doesn't get hurt Iowa CLEANS out the big10 and is on to bigger and better things.

Stanzi got hurt in the 2nd quarter of the Northwestern game. Iowa was up 10-0 at the time, although on the play Stanzi was injured he fumbled the ball in the end zone and Northwestern recovered to make it 10-7. I would have loved to see how Iowa would have done the rest of the year with Stanzi healthy, but I still think they would have lost a game. They got too lucky every week.
