I haven't thought about "Jewel of the Nile" so that would depend on the poster artwork for that particular movie.

Finished The Negotiator and also did a remake of Blade Runner (a Danish cover I did 4 years ago). If you want them, pm me.

THESE ARE NOT FOR SHARING JUST YET!

Once I'm done with the rest of the Universal titles, I'm going to put everything in one BIG file for sharing. I'll chime in when everything's done...

I didn't like any of the Marnie posters so I used part of a piece of artwork and tried to do the title in a similar font.

None of the Psycho posters were... "great"... there were a couple I could've used but my Photoshop skills weren't up to the task of fixing everything that needed fixing. So I imagined what a vintage poster might look like if they had something like Photoshop 50 years ago.

I MIGHT change it if there's interest.

Again, I'm not sharing these until they're all done!!

(I only have 7 left and hopefully I'll get them done in the next couple of weeks.)

P.S. Honest question - does anyone have a problem with my slightly misaligned pictures on the back? I think most people get that it's intentional but a friend of mine thinks it looks amateurish.

Fantastic work there! As for the pictures on the back, I think it would either look better if they were lined up, or if they were misalighed a little bit more. Like right now the slightness of the misalignment makes it almost seem like it was done in error rather than intentionally. It's not really a big deal either way though, the covers look great.

I might go back and make changes once I'm done with all of them but I've already sent some of these to other forum members and I wouldn't want to put anyone to any trouble (reprinting, etc.)!

I must say that I agree with Mifune about the backs of the Hitchcock's 'though.

Psycho would look great with that blue poster art mention above me, but I agree with you that that film really is lacking in the classic artwork category.

Can't wait to see what you do with Rear Window, Rope and Vertigo.

Scott, this post ^ is exactly how I feel as well. Great work overall though, bud. These are some awesome covers and I love that all of the spines line up how they do.

I had to build a better Psycho!

I re-created one of the posters from scratch (about 95% of it), and I re-did the photos on the back. I'll be doing the same with the other covers and I'll post them all when I'm done.

i've been working on some bluray covers for the Friday the 13th series that look like the old vhs covers. this is my first time doing custom covers so i'm sure there are things that could be better but for what they are they're not too bad.
