BTW, sellers can set limits on buyers themselves; hardly any one ever does though.

Same here. I bought Jack Reacher earlier this week for $16 shipped. It was delivered today. I was at Costco yesterday (where I thought they had decent prices), and the same title was $23.99 - which comes to over $26 with tax! I don't plan to buy any new releases locally again.
