Thanks. The 360 still using DVDs back then, so that would make sense they had to use 2 discs for larger games. PS3 using blu ray.

I think PS4 had an update to allow 100GB disks a little while back but could be wrong.

I personally wouldn't be too fussed about 2 disks unless they make me disk swap at some point during the game to 'verify' much like how you install games fully to HDD only to be locked out of using a digital title that's exactly the same, if you have a disk version or vice versa installed.

I wanna see it on one disk considering COD etc. have come on a single disk and say 80GB on them.

Ok, that makes sense. I didn’t read complaints about 40+GB day one patches before.

89.2GB is the PS4’s estimated file size now for RDR2. It will obviously get updated & that file will only increase as the game adds online etc.

Looking forward to the game & of course devs are just now speaking up about past toxic working conditions at RS. Jason over at Kotaku is digging into this. Crunch is in every major AAA studio’s game so I don’t see what benefit it is reported the same jargon time & time again. If people want change in the game’s industry, do it. Don’t sit & whine about it.

I don't think R* has officially announced whether it's 2 disks yet despite the official confirmstion of size on their supoort page. Hot damn though at that additional 50gb installation. Sony need to pull their fingers out next gen and make that obsolete so we don't have to deal with that crap on an actual digital copy or physical.

Smaller, independent stores are complaining that they won't be getting copies until November. I guess that's what they get for consistently breaking street dates.

I absolutely hate the fact we need more space than the file needs to be able to install, I hate having 50GB free and it tells me I don't have enough space to install 40gb.
