Yes, can confirm it is the fixed disc. No skipping at the 5 minute mark in the 2nd BD disc.

I ordered this last week and FedEx said it was delivered yesterday. I got home from work to no package and have no idea what happened. I've put out an email to Vinegar Syndrome and hoping for an answer by tomorrow. Has anyone had any experience with a similar situation on how they will handle this? Are they pretty good about replacements or refunds?

Why didn't you contact FedEx?

Join the club. FedEx said they delivered my copy (along with Rad) on December 22nd. I was home all day, no FedEx truck, so I contacted FedEx and they said they will only deal with the shipper. I emailed Vinegar Syndrome and they told me

Sorry for the delay. We have a lot of emails to get through. That is unfortunate that your package was marked as delivered but not actually delivered. This is actually a fairly normal issue that other customers of ours have been experiencing. I am sure the package will make its way to you and eventually be delivered to the correct address. With everything going on these mail carriers are making misdeliveries, but they do end up actually fixing it. We usually ask our customers to give it up to at least a month before we consider sending out a replacement package.
I think it is absolute horsesh1t, but whatever. In 9 days, I'll email VS again, because I know the damn thing isn't going to arrive.

patience5, but I believe this only works if you placed a BF order. There's also Birdie for 4 dollars, though this might be expired.

(Other than the saturation, I thought that the picture was fantastic.)

Thoughts?
How is the color setting on your display? Is your set calibrated?

I have an LG 65" Class C9PUA Series OLED, so watching this gem was an incredible experience -- quite different from my T.B.S. days when the biggest television in our house (a Sony Trinitron) was 21 inches....
I've noticed LG (in this case Oleds) colors looking a bit richer than other OLED brands.

Normally, the colors do not bother me. I think, "Wow, that looks great."

My set was professionally calibrated, so the joke's on me!

I completely forgot we are supposed to get a repress in the mail. I pre-ordered mine when it first went up and received it on Dec. 19th.

There is a disclaimer at the start of the film that the inter positive might look over saturated because of what they had to work with. Something about if they tinkered with it would damage the film or something. Watching it now.

I personally didn't have a problem with the deep saturated colors. It makes the film really pop out with a force and voluptuousness which is I think quite fitting for the source material. This is high fantasy and I think it really goes with the world and the experience.

Yes, the saturation is really much, but in this case, well suited. Also the original colorist apparently worked on it and as well as the director writer everyone, so I'll take their word that this is how they want it to look.

Watching this in 4K mow, it’s beautiful! Definitely a tad red on the skin tones, likely how it’s supposed to look.

Why do you think Dars village was built on stilts? Valley must be prone to some crazy flooding yo.

Could have been flooding or dust storms.

Been over a week now since i bought and paid for this. Like okay they just reopened since the black friday orders, i get that. They should not have reopened though if they are not caught up. If i had known i would have to basically " get in line and take a number ", i might not have bought this and waited for a sale or something. If they are just going to fulfill my order whenever they get around to me, they could have at least told me that upfront. Not trying to *****, but my order should have been finished by now. Should i email them?

Don't want to be that guy, but there is a pandemic going on? Postal services are definitely affected and they may be short of staff there. With all the things going on, I'd give them a bit longer before getting on their back than a week

I ordered an in-stock LPK from CMMG on 1/2, and it still hasn't shipped. Small businesses are being hit hard by EVERYTHING (which I think is by design), and need to be given a break.
