just finished it. the 3rd act saved it for me, otherwise, it would of been a waste. if they go forward in other lands, please have the inhabitants speaking their native tongue(very annoyed by this in the film).

If this gets a UHD I'll definitely buy it but otherwise I don't think I'll be able to watch it.

OK, I'm pretty sure the sound mix on the Comanche dub is LOUDER than the English mix because the sound, especially during the action sequences and whenever the Predator roared, actually shook the theater several times during the last hour.

It's not crazy at all. Anyone remember The Predator (2018)? The sequel that everyone hated and "no one" saw in theaters? In a way, we all are to blame for this not being shown in theaters. Thats why Prey is not in cinemas. The studio knew it was a huuuuge risk making another Predator movie, and they figured...."well, we can always make a low budget prequel in no time with no financial risk and put it on our streaming service?"

And ironically, thats why Prey is a damn good movie. They had to scale it down. Make it intimate, small and cheap. Minimal cgi, no big explosions. No big extravaganza. THIS is what they should have done with the Terminator series along time ago also. It's the "we need to make a huge spectacular blockbuster" thinking that ruined these franchises.

People are forgetting this was in production and planned by Fox way before Disney bought them, plus the last movie bombed. Its no wonder Disney had little to no care, I wouldn't be surprised the next sequel goes in a completely different direction was Disney become more hands on.

Despite how good this film may be franchise needs serious shake up changing setting is not enough

Just watched it and loved it. Will definitely get the 4K if released. Some CGI parts were pretty rough but understandable. Too bad this is not getting a theatrical release.

I hope this gets a 4K disc release in the U.K.! Blu-Ray will do though.

The same people who say they love Alien and Aliens (two of my favourites by the way) while forgetting the fact the lead was a strong woman.

They could have cut a few minutes early on and got more into the action etc.

but other than that I'd rank it pretty dang high.. Had very low expectations and this one like Predator(s) is very re-watchable.

Loved some of the hunting aspects / animals etc.

Better movie and pacing than predator 2 imop 100000 years better than 2018 predator.

I think this would have done well at the box office and might have picked up steam as word of mouth got around.
