Nope, at least not as involved as in Lost, Fringe, etc.
Galactica had a lot of problems because of budget (the filler episodes after they took off the concentration camp planet) and the network threatening to cancel it, they had to compress stuff that was originally meant to be set up in the course of two seasons in just one, the result is now that the ending seemed like it came out of nowhere.

STAR WARS: THE FORCE AWAKENS Trailer To Be In Front Of AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON (Duh)
Quote:
The next trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens has long been rumored to appear in front of Marvel's Avengers: Age of Ultron, and now Collider has reported that we will indeed see the tariler in front of Age of Ultron. They also reveal where the trailer will be premiered.

Fans have been waiting for the next trailer to Star Wars: The Force Awakens, and now Collider has reported that we will in fact be seeing the trailer in front of Joss Whedon's Avengers: Age of Ultron. This has been rumored for quite a while now since Disney owns both Marvel and Lucasfilm, and putting a trailer in front of the seuqel to the third highest grossing movie seemed like a no-brainer.

Collider also adds that the trailer will be premiered earlier during the Star Wars Celebration convention, which runs from April 16th to 19th. When the trailer will be released online is still unkown. Though we should expect it soon after it premieres.

Of course, it's Star Wars. I remember the reactions to the first teaser. But whatever, I'm going to enjoy it.

I hope this time it gets more attention from the public. I remember the prequels everyone was talking about it when a trailer arrives, even those who never considered themselves fan.

I hope the curtain is pulled back a little with this trailer, but I assume it will just be more character flashes, over a few cryptic lines from the movie.

Default The Force Awakens FULL Trailer Description Leaked.

The trailer is reported to clock in at just under 1m 58sec.

[Show spoiler]Space camera pans up slightly we see what looks Tattooine or some desert type planet.

Daisy Ridley and Sydow glancing at something resembling a lightsaber with what looks like a hand laying on a table next to them.

Leia and some people walking into what looks like a meeting room with a holographic projection emitting from the circular table, she approaches Han, and Rey hugs her.

Screen goes black, and then we see an action shot of the Falcon pan from left to right close up of Han in the cock pit with Chewie they are dodging laser blasts from a trio of Tie-Fighters..

R2 and 3PO on the bridge of some sort of ship???

A long slow shot of what looks like Luke and a Woman (possible apprentice.)standing on a ledge looking out at a vast open ocean while we see a ship of some sort flying away over the water.

(Ominous music starts to play)

Long slow shot of a gloved hands (Ren-Full frontal shot.) picking up the Crossguard (like he was inspecting it for the first time.) We hear what sounds like Andy Serkis's voice say "He is strong but with this he can be broken."

We can also see a side shot of Serkis's character holding what looks like a glowing Holocron.

(Quick fade to black.)

Some quick blink and you miss moments accompanied by some new music:

Flyover of the ice planet by Poe Dameron.
Finn running in the desert stumbling down a sandy hill.
Ridley running through a snowy forest setting (you can see in the distance to Lighstabers clashing (Red and Blue).
Stormtroopers locked in a fire fight.
Ren locking sabers with Luke while someone looks to be injured laying on the ground.
A razed burned down outpost type setting.
Rey and Finn running towards the hovering Falcon.
A huge ice/Water tsunami type tidal wave with a huge ship of some sort emerging.

Then Fade to black (as we hear the familiar SW theme.) and the words:
The Force Has Awakened.
12/18/15.

At least make it believable or exciting. The description can be put on any Star Wars or Star Trek films, huge ship emerging from water? These jokes are getting worse every year.

Default ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’: Rumored Villain Details Emerge

According to Making Star Wars‘ sources, the movie will feature three new villains.

[Show spoiler]The aforementioned Kylo Ren is called the main villain, and will have the most screen time out of the trio. Andy Serkis (whose voice was heard in the teaser) is portraying a character referred to as “Uber.” He will be in about three scenes total. Gwendoline Christie’s Captain Phasma is described by them as a “Boba Fett type” meaning that she will look cool, but not have much to do in Force Awakens. Allegedly, she is just being introduced and will have her role expanded in Episode VIII.

An aspect of the new report that some will find interesting is how Kylo Ren could be connected to our heroes. Apparently, there’s a sequence towards the middle of the film where the Millennium Falcon is shot down on a snow planet by Kylo Ren’s ship. Once the Falcon crashes, Kylo and his stormtroopers board it. Kylo then goes to the Falcon‘s cockpit and sits in the pilot’s seat to have a moment for himself (perhaps of remorse). That has led some to believe that Kylo is actually Han Solo’s son, since the scene plays out as if the ship has some sentimental value to the villain.
In their report, Making Star Wars also briefly mentions Domhnall Gleeson’s character, who is allegedly called “The General” and is considered to be an Imperial officer of some kind. He will work for Uber in the film. In contrast to what was previously rumored, “The General” is NOT the son of Luke Skywalker, and any relationship he has with the other characters is unknown at this point.
