Well that's annoying. There's still nothing on Amzaon UK while you're all snapping up that super cheap steelbook in the US.
You know its times like this I was my Grandpappy was a pilgrim |

If you’re a Halloween fan and a completionist, the Alliance double feature is the only means of getting the theatrical cuts of Zombie’s films on Blu. They’re good quality, too.

$24 for a steelbook I am eager to get seems very reasonable. UK will be £25-£30. If they all get snapped up on release they'll be on Ebay for north of £50 in a heartbeat. I do occasionally import if the artwork on the US steelbook's are better (Sicario). With this I'll just wait for its UK release whilst I jealously follow this thread.

Usually I'm good with extended cuts unless the theatrical features scenes not in the extended (or different score, some different edits)

You’d want that disc, then. RZH1 has a completely different escape sequence and RZH2 has too many differences to list, including the ending.

I'm wondering the same thing. I actually prefer the artwork to the regular version but wondering if I should just get the steelbook.

I really don’t know what the original look of the scene was supposed to be as I didn’t see it in cinemas and can’t really remember the DVDs but from the 2 shots seen in the comparisons the blu looks better as the darker colour tone suits the scene more IMO |

I'm guessing you missed the post they were responding to, which was about the exclusion of a free Blu-ray disc in the 4K package, it had nothing to do with remastering/uncut versions.

100% there will be UK available steelbooks but Zavvi are murdering lots of their exclusives with some shocking artwork. Blade Runner, Unforgiven (worst of them all), Deer Hunter, Full Metal Jacket, The Thing etc........they look like completely different films.
