Yup. This sounds like good news:

Search warrants in the sexual assault investigation of Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston indicate the woman told police she was raped at an apartment after a night of drinking at a bar.

The search warrants were released Thursday, hours before a prosecutor was to announce whether the Heisman Trophy contender will be charged with a crime.

In the warrant, the accuser says she and friends had shots at Potbellys and her "memory is very broken from that point forward."

Sources tell ESPN's Shelley Smith, however, that toxicology reports show the accuser had minuscule amounts of alcohol in her system and that there was no evidence of so-called date rape drugs.

According to the warrants, the accuser says she remembers being in a cab with a man and going into an apartment before she was raped.

After that, she remembers the suspect dressing her, putting her on a scooter and dropping her off at an intersection, but she had no idea where the alleged rape occurred.

I didn't think he would be. They wouldn't have bothered calling a press conference about it otherwise. If they were intending to arrest him they would have just arrested him. They wouldn't have called a press conference for that.

IF Clemson makes it, I highly doubt it will be the Orange. I bet they take UCF and Alabama (unless Sugar/Rose Bowl gets to replace their champion first).

It's possible the Rose is in play. It would be awesome to play there since they never have but it looks like the Orange unless they drop out of the top 14. A few things have to happen for that to take place but I like CU's chances.

i don't want to face a Saban defense with 40 days of prep. Anyone can see we seem to fumble under pressure (quite literally). If that doesn't get fixed it will be an UGLY slaughter.

Clemson won't play in the Rose Bowl, this is the 100th Rose Bowl and they're going to stick with conference tradition and take Michigan State if they lose Saturday.

UCF will be the second to last team chosen, ahead of only Northern Illinois. UCF has no national following so it will get the lowest or second lowest TV ratings. Almost all the projections I've seen have Clemson playing Alabama in the Orange Bowl, UCF in the Sugar, and NIU in the Fiesta.

Johnny Football begs to differ. I think Bama has a problem defending being spread out with speed. Auburn ran at will and they knew it was coming. I'll give you Tajh is not Johnny and can't run the read option like AU but I think they can move the ball if Chad will stick to the run.

Ok state win is better for CU, so is Ohio St win, Stanford win and NIU losing. If one of those happen I think CU stays in the top 14 and goes to the Orange Bowl. They know CU will sell seats and they are also inducting Terry Kinard into the Orange Bowl HoF this year. It also doesn't hurt most ACC ADs are pushing for CU to go, including Miami. All teams split bowl money and they want 2 ACC schools in the BCS again.

They probably won't but there was an article written somewhere that had them in the Rose with some crazy scenario. It would be cool to see them there but I think playing a SEC team, and winning, helps recruiting more than playing a PAC 12 team.

Chris Petersen is finally leaving Boise and taking the Washington job. I'm surprised but not shocked by this. Everything I've read has been that he despises dealing with the media and that is why it made sense for him not to take the UCLA or USC job and having to deal with the LA reporters. I can't imagine the Seattle media is near as bad. In addition Washington has great facilities with a newly-renovated football stadium and plans for a new $50 football facility with new locker rooms, weight room, and offices.

spot on assessment (in that it agrees with my thinking!). It's a major BCS school, a program on the rise, but in an area that is much more laid back. I'm happy for him. He put Boise on the map and now i'd love to see what he can do with a more resources behind him

Fantastic hire by the Huskies. I think Sarkisian is a really good coach, but it looks like Washington got an upgrade by hiring Petersen.
