I'm calling it now and saying that this will be the #1 biggest box office movie of all time.
Lol it wont even be close. Sorry but rest home Luke, Han and Leia will not break 600 million domestic

The trailer looks great but what brought a smile to my face was seeing Harrison Ford as Han Solo, that was awesome.

Love the new look of the Stromtroopers and the chrome Stormtrooper. Hell, I love everything about this trailer. It reminds me of the original Star Wars trilogy. Just insanely happy this came out on my birthday.

In this scene from the trailer, her look and expression reminds me even of Hayden Christianson from Attack of the Clones:

Just saw the new trailer. Looks incredible! LOVE the Star Destroyer buried in the sand...and everything else too. Excitement level: Through the roof!
Just gotta stay alive till Christmas. Maybe till the day after.

I'm hearing that a lot, on various forums and facebook. As important as the originals are to me, I was surprised to not get a little misty eyed, but you're not alone by any means. I bet they had to mop the floor at the Anaheim Convention Center!

If the trailer is any indication, then it looks like Abrams style is exactly what this franchise needed. And it looks like he's managed to tone down the lens flares.

People are assuming the character is Captain Phasma, but the actress is definitely Gwendoline Christie, who has already been getting some sword practice in.

There's a lot of money in rest homes.

Between now and the end of the year expect to see a lot of posts start with 'I haven't been to a theater in years but...'.

The Harrison Ford scene certainly is the pay-off. A few hopes for me are that Abrams, who I'm not fond of in the first place.....

1. Gets the original trilogy feel down and not just uses the original actors as window dressing.

2. Uses CGI to a minimum as he said about using more practical effects over the badly CGI-laden prequels. I mean not just lip service.

3. Doesn't F-up Star Wars canon on an industrial scale like he did with the 2nd Star Trek.

She's on Game of Thrones right? Sorry if I don't know, but I haven't seen the later seasons yet.
