I guessed Best Buy still don't have it right. They shipped my Robocop metalpak and Pan's Labyrinth steelbook by Lettermail.

after 4+ years of there promises to ship all steelbook/metal paks in a box I highly doubt they will get it right. I posted a complaint about it on the bb fourm couple weeks back about how its stupid how randomly they will ship one in a box but then next one comes out and bam envelope again. then u have all this jerks show up defending bb saying that there doing the best they can. well I don't think they are or they would be able to get it right.

like in the uk when zavvi started doing steelbooks they shipped there first one out in bubble mailers people complained a lot got damaged. they switched to boxes and I've never got a damaged one from them. if they can do it I don't see why bb can't get it right.

video games are just as bad because I had a 3ds game I ordered from there e3 sale and the game had a collectors cardboard box the box was like about 2 inchs thick and these bozos rammed it in one of them tiny envelopes when I got to the store they tried to blame the damage on Canada post. umm no u people rammed it in an envelopes that's half as thick as the box.

I was browsing the Best Buy forums the other day and I did see your post. After seeing your 3ds game arriving crushed I was hesitant getting Onechanbara because it comes in a similar box but I went ahead and got it anyways. If it comes damaged I will return it (the Best Buys here are pretty easy going).

It seems like when they're sending 2 or 3+ blu-rays or steelbooks, BB does send it in a box, otherwise it's a hard cardboard lettermail.

My Best Buy orders have all been coming in those hard boxes that hold maybe 4 or 5 SteelBooks.

They are really nice. I'm somewhat hesitant to throw them out because they fit SteelBooks so well.

I bought The Gift for $19.99. That is the cheapest I have seen the blu-ray going for (most places are selling it for $24.99).

Got the Entourage set for $116.99 today. I think the lowest its been was $110 on Amazon.ca. Had to go to 3 different Best Buys to get it though as they either didn't know where it was or it was spider-wrapped.

It is also the same price ($116.99) on Amazon.ca as well.

Looks like there is another sale on steelbooks. Some prices are similar to the sale last Thursday/Friday.

Also, those James Bond steelbooks are going for $9.99, but some of them are out of stock online.

I've noticed that Fox Steelbooks usually have a clear sticker on the shrink wrapping with the French logo, so my guess is that's the case here.

It appears to be on the spine too. If a sticker, the real text would then be off centred!
