LOL, I'm not. I was trying to make a clever response to your Bloody Mary suggestion. Failed miserable. However, wife and I are on a modified Keto diet, meats, veggies, no sugars, breads, etc. So I had to take IPA's off the table, use Splenda in my coffee and I'm almost considering dropping it and Half & Half too. When I drink it is usually whiskey or vodka with diet ginger ale. I've dropped 25 lbs and trying to get closer to 50 lbs before I start an exercise regiment. Of course lawn mowing season is almost upon us. So that will help too. We take breaks from time to time. Thanksgiving, Christmas holidays and when we went out to the coast a month back. We're on another one this week because we're dealing with some shit, but I'm doing my best to at least stay as true as I can or make it worth gaining whatever weight back.

Went and bought some teriyaki and yakisoba last night for dinner. Now it sounds like we will be back at the coast again this weekend. Have no idea if it is just one day or a few days? I was originally going to just go out and pick up my mother in law for her appointment on Monday morning, but the Mrs is talking about going out the day before and taking a couple days off from work. Really wish things would fall into place, so we can get our house back in order. Possible job changes for her, selling the house, possible relocating and having the mother in law live or be near us is stressing us out. Anyway, more information than you probably ask for. Sorry. What I meant to say is "No, I'm not a Vegan."

Less personal cell use
No congregation at work stations to socialize
Those things are happening today. I could've told her that, people won't change just because their boss wants them to. If their behavior bothers her that much she should just start doing what I would do and begin cleaning house. None of these people are indispensable.

I agree, my employer's been firing supervisors and administrators lately so little peons like us aren't untouchable. You'd think people would at least try to be more subtle about it, oh well. P.S. one of the idiot case managers who's always hanging out back here was in here when the supervisor came by to drop off someone to help. She sure fled fast, took quite a bit for me not to lmao as she ran.

I Googled Keto diet and this is what came back, "The ketogenic diet is a high-fat, adequate-protein, low-carbohydrate." If you change the low-carb, adequate-protiein parts to both high, it seems ok.
