Darth Maul vs Qui Gon and Obi Wan s/h/b a precursor to what we could have expected from the rest of the trilogy.....sadly it was one if the few bright spots.

Revenge of the Sith had a few moments that were pretty good though too.

Don't, it's a manouver to try and confuse the adversary, it makes more sense than most of the "flynning" we usually see in the saga.

As much as I love this new teaser, and every moment in it, the Han Solo scene is one of my least favorite moments. I remain cautious when it comes to anticipating Solo's return. He will not be the Solo we remember, just like Indiana Jones wasn't how we remembered him. It's everything else about this movie that excites me. There's so much possibility.

I really like Thrawn as a character, and the general arc of those books, but there were certainly flaws there as well.

That said, if they do a Thrawn movie/few movies where he's trying to take control of the empire and also track down the person who killed the emperor that ends up leading toward episode 7, that would be really cool.

I actually love THE WHOLE SAGA. Sure, the OT is better for the most part, but I still have a great time with the PT...and I actually love Ep III.

Same here. There were 2 more Thrawn novels by the same other (Zahn) that were pretty entertaining as well.

Like Geoff said, there wasn't much of a choice. Fortunately, they were also locked into a lava planet with lots of red for background contrast.

Now that I think about it, it kinda works from a thematic point of view, that it's the two heroes of the prequel trilogy battling each other so not being able to tell their blades apart plays into that. But, as with so much stuff in the prequels, what works well in terms of thematics doesn't quite read so well on screen.

Not directly related to the Foce Awakens but it is still nice to hear James Earl Jones once again as Vader. Plus there is a strong McQuarrie vibe from the duel between him and Kanan.

Oh man, I sure hope this means that Jones will be a regular this season. And I can't wait to see the confrontation between him and Ahsoka; no doubt it'll be very tragic.
