Just like it says in that page, I warp to the Chapel, go out the left door and not only is the old lady dead but the Nun says my blood is tainted and tries to kill me outside. In short, that old woman is ok but the Nun needs to go hahaha.

I was killed once, but didn't get the You Are Dead screen, I was taken to a new area (looked like a prison)

anyway, I unlocked a checkpoint there, went to the hunter's dream to level up and now I can't go back to it it's not on the list

I beat the Shadow of Yharnam on my second attempt. I only died twice in the Forbidden Woods, but that first death hurt. I had 50k echoes and was almost to a shortcut. I had to jump off a ledge that was above one of the huge snakes. I missed the jump and landed square in front of the snake, cornered against the wall. Got killed quickly. What sucks is that when I went to retrieve my echoes, they were nowhere to be found. I searched the grounds and cleared the area, but couldn't find them.

On another note, it was cool killing those

took out the witches and vicar Amelia on my first try last night. had to look up where to go next. I remembered the door once I got there again but how the hell are you supposed to remember where that even was nevermind that that's the place you need to go. I didn't even realize I got the password in the movie sequence lol

I just picked up Bloodbourne yesterday, can someone tell me how to equip the left hand weapon, it's the pistol I think that you start out with. Thanks for the help.

Yeah I clicked on the Awaken Above Ground tombstone by mistake (thought it's the usual tombstone) and found it, thanks anyways!

I didn't know what to do next and the boss there was too hard so I just quit and went to the gym

Press options/start and it should be the third square on the second row

Ah yes, such memories of my first 15 min. I was seriously like, 'what the hell'?

select options - will bring up your menu

go down to row 2, select 'x' and it will take you to your weapons. Simply click on the one you want (or have). You have two right and two left weapons. Once you have two for each hand, use the dpad to click left or right, depending on left/right

Be careful cause if you have one weapon and click dpad, you will be bare fisted. Unless you want the ultimate challenge, barefist fighting not advised


What I love about this game: on NG+ and the enemy locations are similar, but once in a while, you get a surprise. In forest now, and once I defeated the little witch, her minion will spawn in the Cahnerst witch area now - never did that first time

And in forbidden forest, I now get the hooded dudes, which is cool - also never happened in my first game. Of course, I am playing differently since I know what I'm doing, but its cool

Amygdala boss from the dungeon. I had to use the foot attack method. Attacking from the front with the detached arms never worked. Level 129. Saw Cleaver +10, gems to boost ATK. Pistol +8. Executioner garb with black Yahargul gloves and the Top Hat. Stamina +15%, HP +5%, and one damage reduction rune.

Left hand is the third and fourth weapon slots. Right hand is the first and second slot.

Yeah, I kinda thought the same when I tried it initially. I kept asking, 'where'd my weapon go?' not realizing I was hitting dpad....

Almost right away. When you die and go to the hunters dream (safe area), you will see gifts from messagers- but you should be able to buy the others pretty quickly and some you unlock as you progress

I say go with pistol and hunter axe or saw cleaver initally - love those two melee weapons the most, even 100 hours in

but I feel like the game got harder, so maybe I need to buy new ones

And keep leveling them up but level up your character. That's probably the main aspect



So, game two and still no Henryk.....? How the heck do people get him? I care, cause he has cool armor. But nada,...again?!?!?!? Update: went to the very cool Bloodborne Wiki. So, never met Eileen under Cathedral, so no henryk and decided to kill her right away 2nd game, so no Henryk. Damn, my bloodlust got the better of me....

Burning through NG++ for the Platinum trophy. Skipping all optional bosses and areas. I guess at lvl 180 I'm a tad OP still.

I just started NG++ this morning and I got him. I also got him on my first play through as well. You need to talk to Eileen the Crow in Central Yharnam. After you beat Vicar Amelia try to warp to the graveyard, if you can't that's because Henryk is there fighting Eileen. Use a short one handed weapon so you don't accidentally kill Eileen.
