Yes... but second best. Doesn't matter how big the gap is, it doesn't make the numbers change.


But yes, the SEC is better than the ACC and has been since the last time FSU won. But the SEC has not been the best top-to-bottom conference every year they won the title. The Big 12 was right there if not ahead of them many of those years. The Pac also has had some pretty strong years.
