Dave, any chance you can get Malibu Bikini Shop (1986)?

I think it is still with MGM and Dave doesn't have a deal with MGM. All these labels with MGM deals these days and we still can't get a blu-ray of it or the other sex comedies MGM owns:

While I didn't pre-order Fangs, I ordered it along with Bog / Mako on 1/31.
Received the following update on 2/13:

"The status of your order #1XXX0 has changed to Shipped"

No tracking provided, although mine was free shipping so I'm assuming it went via media mail.
Have yet to receive the order yet.

Plus, if they would make for some great Drive-In series releases if it makes sense to do so.

I don't believe Crown is actively licensing at this point, as it is trying to sell its library. My guess is that Code Red still had time left on their license for Cavegirl and sublicensed it to DF, rather than it being part of a new Crown deal.

Got my copy of Fangs and Mirror Mirror today. That slipcover on Fangs is fantastic, love it, also the movie was really rather good I highly enjoyed it, so it was a good blind buy. This Mirror Mirror I only added to get free shipping and it sounded ok and I'm about done watching it and it's pretty good too.

Agreed, Fangs was a nice surprise. I had never seen it before this either, but I really enjoyed it. Les Tremayne was literally born to play Snakey.

I also got a chance to watch Bog last week, and it was nice to be able to see it in something other than the past crappy VHS/DVD transfers. Mako: Jaws of Death was also a major improvement over the rough looking Arrow Blu-ray transfer in the Grefé Collection. It even runs approx. 7 minutes longer than the Arrow transfer did. It seemed as though some of the scenes and dialogue did run a little longer, but I'm unsure of the exact differences.

Take out the completely unnecessary 10 minutes where they paint the car that stops the movie dead in tracks and this was dang near perfect for me.

I think i remember the thinking ending maybe drug on a bit long as well.

Loved this movie though, and still my favorite Dark Force slipcover (of the ones I own, I don't have them all) ... come at me Fangs.

Funny, for a goof I put Fangs and Big Sweat in my cart (over $40 threshold), then added the 'free' Groupie title. Never took off the free Groupie. Read the listing umteenth times and it says nothing about codes or anything.. what gives DF??

Pretty sure if you just place a $40 order, they'll throw Groupie in with it. Same as the free gift with Black Friday orders over $100.

But I did send them an email after completing my order just to be safe.

Fangs is looking real good and I like that red slip a lot. Also will be completing my Bill Rebane collection with Giant Spider Invasion.
