The moon level is closed for me now
I thought I had to go underground, I spent an hour and a half with my uncle underground in those caves, killed those two level 12 knights...only for nothing. My other friend beat the level.

I didn't get lost but had a heck of a time with the Wizard Boss, it was just a grind of evading and taking my shots. I chose the shotgun since I don't have a good one and I already had a nice powerful sniper.

I really thought those 2 Knights were guarding something, was pretty disappointed when I didn't find any loot at all.

That spider tank took forever to kill. Rocket launcher barely put a dent in it.

You walked it!? Pffttt, Pike all the way, came to sealed doors. There was an Ogre down there, don't remember what level it was, took a while, even with the pike.

No, soon as I discovered I could steal a Dreg's ride I took it. I've yet to encounter an Ogre in the entire game.

The moon mission was pretty cool and finally got to try out competitive multiplayer.

As for that "reward" we get for playing the beta, it will show up when we play the full game in Sept. I've seen a lot of people wondering why they haven't received the reward.

And it seems the beta might be extended as Bungie themselves said "it ends when we say it ends".

Maybe they could open up more areas on Earth. Or the Moon, since I noticed them appear on the map after completing the first Moon mission.

Destiny to have “one destination” per planet

One of the concerns I’ve seen among people who have played the Destiny Beta related to how big each planet and how much the player can access. Destiny players have seen a lot of Old Russia and some of the Moon yesterday evening, and it seems like that’s not the small slice we originally thought it was.

Addressing this concern, Bungie’s David Dague aka Deej stated in a live stream (around 1:49) that each planet — Mars, Earth, Moon, and Venus — only has one “destination” – as Bungie calls the areas — that you’ll explore on each planet. This means that Old Russia is it for the Earth.

While that may be cause for concern to some, we have to remember that these areas are pretty large with a lot of space to explore, caves to find, and chests and ghosts to uncover. Furthermore, the Destiny Beta has a lot locked off either by high level monsters or locked doors. Irregardless, this likely means that areas like Old Chicago and Europa won’t be making it into the game when it ships this September.

aaaand I'm going to say it: pre-order cancelled.

The game is pretty solid and incredibly polished, but I grew tired of the repetitiveness and if we're only going to get four planets and just one destination then I can only imagine that this, being an Activision game will have lots of DLC. That was the last straw for me.

Ahhh yeah that's kind of making me think twice, I thought there was more of earth to explore and more than just 4 areas. I like the game but it's already feeling "old". I'm not huge into the PVP in this game, it's fun with friends but seeing all the grinding to unlock stuff is kind of putting me off a bit.

Hmm not sure what I'm going to do yet with my pre order.

Definitely disappointing, Old Russia isn't really that big in the Beta, so the full version will have to have dozens of more locations than the current Beta surely? If not then this could be one of the biggest let downs of the year. Smells like a lot of BS coming from them when they showed off Old Russia at E3, you definitely can't travel to the mountains.

Also disappointed because I expected Old Chicago to be a location too, but after todays news seems that it was either just a bit of concept art, only going to be a PvP map, or maybe it will be part of the expansions that are due out.

So is it confirmed how many different planets you can visit? One location/area for each planet but how many places can we go?

5 I believe is all we get for now.

Earth, Moon, Venus, Mars and the Reef.

If they are all the same size as Old Russia, then you could put about 100 hours in to it. It does sound like a tiny amount of locations but when you consider some people have put over 20 hours in to Old Russia in the Beta there could be more than enough content, plus whatever we get in the 2 expansions.
