I got mine from Jeff's UK shoppe too. Young, buxom Jeffrey must've heard of my Arrow IOSS woes as mine was in a box the same size as this Blockbuster Video set. There was even a hand written postcard from Jeff inside (not so keen on the photo of him posing in a mankini next to his spacephallusrocket, mind).

I speak ok French. I have that disc and it's ok. The French spoken in the film is pretty infrequent and inconsequential to understanding the story. You can still comfortably watch it.

Bit weird this. I looked up We Are the Night and found it has an actress, Nina Hoss, that I like a lot. The trailer for the film is dubbed in English but there only seems to be one blu-ray release of it and it's the German release, German language and subtitles only. I suppose it could have had a dubbed DVD release years ago which might explain the dubbed trailer. Anyway I guess you could try returning it.
