Thanks Imrahil,

Yes, I haven't given much thought to my spine yet as I am trying to work on back cover elements. That Illustrator tutorial has the added benefit of being able to work the credits font in a comic style. I think I will likely ditch the tagline at the top, but this is where the WIP stands right now:

Those familiar with my usual template will notice something missing from the back cover.

Incidentally. my newest toy is a pen-mouse with tablet so I'm itching to get some line drawings going

Hey guys, I'm looking for someone to do some work for me for my entire collection. I am after some custom spines to make my blu rays consistent as I'm fed up of my collection all looking so different! I am willing to pay (within reason).

I'm REALLY digging these minimalist covers! Fantastic work!

Custom covers with backs filled with a movie synopsis, disc features, UPC and other symbols always seems a bit odd to me. Why go through all the trouble of making a custom cover then try to make it look like you bought it from a store? The more unique the better to my mind.

There wasn't any interest out there in making a cover for this trilogy so I figured I'd try it on my own. I take no credit for the artwork. It was taken from the Cornetto Trilogy official tumbler. This is my first attempt at a cover, and I am quite pleased with how this looks in my case. Obviously it's not to the quality of some of the photoshop experts in here though. I'll need to track down the original artists and ask for permission if anyone wants it sent to them.

A lot of custom cover sites such as EuphoricFX.org and Customaniacs.org have pre-made movie logos for download. Of course with a high quality poster or other promotional material where you are able to isolate the logo with the tools in Photoshop.

Along with such HQ sources, MoviePosterDB.com will sometimes have isolated logos and TT in high resolution. These days I've been using it and MovieStillsDB.com just as much as the other two sites.

Does anyone know how or where I can find internal cover art for Sixteen Candles or The Breakfast club? Both BD cases are a plain white inside and very dull to look at.

Yes....I noticed that moviepicturedb changed its name, but I'm not sure of the logic since they also have lobby cards not just stills. However...noone out there can match them for their library. My stats show that I have uploaded over 3,000 images myself.

Default Condorman

Added a TT and some additional work on the back

Incidentally, I didn't know when I started this project that Disney is planning on remaking CONDORMAN, but apparently work is well underway on the project.

The remake will focus more on the action and less on the comedy in an effort to cash in on the superhero crazed marketplace. Disney is also planning a remake of "The Rocketeer" for the same reason.

The plot basically will remain intact in that the cartoonist will help a female KGB agent to defect.

Still, since Disney is going to remake the movie...that perhaps offers the best chance that the 1981 original will get a Blu-ray release --- I'm hoping

Good cover - just a shame the main image of Condorman looks nothing like him.

Not fussed about a remake but I'd welcome the original on bluray. And why oh why does The Rocketeer need remaking!

I'm liking Condorman! Only thing I'm not a fan of is the font.
