I personally think Plan C is better than Mumur. Actually, all my other fusion rifles are better than Murmur, if looking at the stats. Both Purifier VII and Plug One.1 are stronger than Murmur. So much so that I just dismantled Murmur all together.

I was on the fence about getting Plan C from Xur. Comparing the stats/perks to my 331 Murmur, the only significant difference I can see is the range and an edge to stability in Plan C's favor. If maybe the charge time were significantly better on Plan C I'd consider it, but that doesn't look to be the case after the accelerated coils perk is added. I might just save my coins unless there's a compelling reason to get it.

Someone please convince me that Plan C is WAY better than a Murmur 331.

Plan C has Plan C, which is awesome. Murmur doesn't have murmur...it just makes a murmur when you shoot it.
