Wow, he only has to play one more year of college ball to be eligible for the NFL too, right? Not sure why he can't just keep his head down for one more year and he'll get the big bucks.

Texas A&M did with Johnny Manziel. In Atlanta for the Chick-fil-A Bowl, the teams get a night out at Dave & Busters, so my dad and I went down to try and get his autograph. While the rest of the team was in the back playing games, he was kept up in the closed off dining area with a few coaches. Then when the team was leaving, he was escorted out by a coach and security while the rest of the team was left to themselves. Said he wanted to sign, but they wouldn't let him.

He said earlier this year he wants to stay two more years at Florida State because he isn't ready to give up baseball yet. The extra year of maturity might be a really good thing for him.

They'd never let him as a QB, but I really want to see another dual-sport guy.

Steven A Smith basically just said how I feel about Jameis, I'm done with this guy man. I can't defend him no more, I love him on the field but the off the field stuff has to stop. I know it's minor and some of it is silly but come on man.

FSU football might actually catch a break with him being dual sport. If baseball suspends him for a game or something, football can say that he's already served his suspension so he won't miss any time in the OKSt game.

Yeah, that sounds like what's going to happen. He has been suspended from the baseball team until he finishes the 20 hour community service.
