The guy was a legit quadriplegic.

There's a killer concert that I'd love to go to, but it's on two days after I leave for work. It's no problem to get the time off to go, but then I run the risk of losing my spot on our New Machine. I still keep thinking about that concert. Short term pain for long term gain, I guess.

I haven't been on since before the Presidential election for obvious reasons. I keep messenger on my phone to stay in contact with friends from university but I'll never go onto the website ever again. It's a vile echo chamber that people go to for confirmation bias and to look at each others children. I've got more important things to do with my time than that.

Funny how listening to a show can start all that in my head.

Nah man, I get this totally. I'm 51 and totally get what comes out of peoples mouths sometimes. Especially people who are younger than me. Older people I'd love to give a pass because things were different, but it just feels like a cope out. Politically I'm somewhere in the middle and think both parties are flawed. Things need to be better and I want a better world for my sons. Which is why social media is a drawback for me sometimes. It just reflects have poorly we still our as a species. People are people and the only thing that has advanced is technology (sadly)



My little man isn't up to snuff today, but wondering if he's milking it a bit more than he's actually sick? Need to come up with a plan to get his toys packed up. But have to take the batteries out of as much as I can before I do. Would anyone who have moved have any suggestions on the batteries. Is it safe to store them or should I just toss them. Still nervous about eventually packing up my tv. *Knock on wood* I haven't had an issue with it, but since we're moving it out of state it isn't as easy as putting it in the back of a vehicle
